UNVOTE LASSIE

Him not being Alette/Penny-Lassie scraps everything I thought I had/means I have almost nothing worth noting on this slot. Need a re-read with Penny-Lassie out of my head and a closer look at what actually happened here.
@Lassie
- Why didn't you just come forward and clear up the confusion before Glossy tipped you out?/What, if anything, did you take-away from the act?
@Sooh / @Visor
- Did you actually already know this Lassie wasn't Alette?

Not sure what to make of the Visor-Glossy thread domination thus far but FWIW Glossy's first post/intro to the thread is very similar to the game I just finished with her where she was wolf. ISO here. The recent chain-quote posts are also similar IMO. She's notably more aggressive/less subtle here beyond that so ?difference in alignment/intentional difference/null? Her attitude is also different - I haven't seen her anywhere this snarky in the games I've read. FoS for the generalised FoSes/pushing and the fact I'm not convinced she's actually interested in working out alignments over pushing FoS.
@Lenny
Link me to a solo-you Town game pls?

I was/am on the fence about Visor. TBH I don't really care about the lolling/gifs. The timing of them makes them pretty null imo. Sticking points for me are:
- the way he dragged me into the "we're scum" discussion out of nowhere/didn't let it drop/continued the thing for so long; and
- the fact his switch in style follows pressure.
Other than that, I agree with his later push on GS/calling her out for the against him being aggressive yet weak. Recent posts/observations look good on the surface. Watching closely but I have no meta for comparison/need more here.
@Visor
Can you link to games where you played jokey as Scum and Town?

Gun to head, current leans:

Townish
Kenningit - Like his initial vote on Arakhor and the reason with it/compounded later on in #242. Liked reply #127.
Zack - Like his tone and especially lack of read fabrication in #238.

?Scummy
Glossy
Newyn
Arakhor

Arakhor put me off with general tone, I also agree with points made by Kenningit.

Newyn I'm wanting to see more of - I'm not a fan of the posts he made early on and didn't get a Town lean from his interactions in the wolf-team chat thing, especially the post that started with 'It's fine Visor'.
@Newyn
1. How well do you know Visor and Cuth? / How many games have you played with each?
2. What are your leans/reads on each of them right now and why?

Going back now to address stuff. Here for an hour or so if anyone wants to chat.

Oh, hey, 7 pages. I'm busy today btw, sorry.

I think that Kennigit, Lassie look good to me.
The rest though, I have no leans either way. Visor looks like other games I've played with him before.

I'll pressure Vote: Arakhor for now because Kennigit's point earlier was good and I agree.
I'll be back later in the day phase. ^.^

@Pouter Pigeon

This is his only post.
It's not that I don't like his reads, but that I can see it being written from a person with a scum's perspective(meaning that person would be scum).
He calls a couple of people town, with basically no reasoning, and then drops a vote that he states is for pressure, which is sponged from someone else's theory.
It feels cautious of him to say that it is a pressure vote - why do that as town? If you want to pressure vote someone, the pressure doesn't really work if you say it's just a pressure vote.
Calling a couple of people towny without reasoning isn't exactly showing desire of solving things, could just as well be buddying to stay out of trouble.

The 3 reads I'm most curious on. Elaboration would be appreciated.

Lohrenswald is strong town based on the interactions I had with him early game, and also I liked his response to the part where I revealed who I was. (can't remember it exactly, but some semi-joking about him having FOS on everyone now). Might be I should take it down to medium/strong town read though, on second thought.

Glossysushi has been fairly outgoing and solvy so far, I see no reason to put her towards scummy. Is she all out of what I believe is her scum range? no - but she still looks better than most others in this game.

Muska had a first post that really gave me bad vibes, where his last line was something along with "only thin accusations so far", as a comment to the votes/suspicions that had been going on in thread. For a person who simply joins in to the thread and has nothing of his own mind to say, in regards of solving, it feels misplaced and unnecessary for him to say that as town. A later post of his also gave me sorta bad vibes, although I must admit I can't remember it on top of my head.

Good morning friends.

unvote: Visor. His behavior isn't at all scummy to me anymore.

I somewhat disagree with the apparent consensus about BL. The post struck me as slightly odd, but BL's the type to always want to be a little unpredictable. Lynching him this early on would be a mistake.

I'm feeling worst about Al Sips. Call it slightly hypocritical of me, but his vote on Visor feels way too contrived. vote:Al Sips

Cass trending up from that last post, good point about Sushi having a very similar opening in this game, as in the scum game you're linking.

First part: It doesn't matter to me that I don't know who he is, and also me agreeing with Cass is sort of a none statement. I was giving my opinion on how when he asked others for meta he should supply the same so that those who may be so inclined can go and read some previous games on their own.

I won't go read them, because I believe meta changes. Also I don't have time, so unless I have specific questions about one person's meta I won't go read other games.

These questions/comments are really reaching IMO. Bordering on misrepping. I don't like it. It's either an overly eager townie who's searching for stuff to suspect or a scumbag trying to make others seem suspicious.
Why are these questions misrepping or over the line?

@Pouter dude:

As my phone was dying I regretted reading Mat as town.

I think that Cuth/Mat could be w/w. In particular, the read hedging about me and surface agreeing with my read of Cuth based on the Mel Gibson game is pretty pingy irt Mat.

I can agree with the logic here. He wouldn't be a great lynch right now. In a day or 2, maybe though. He is under the radar (like a number of others), and that would be nice to see changed.

I disagree on Lohrenswald, I'm not entirely sure how the posts could be read at more then mildly townie. But your reasoning is reasonable. A fair point about glossy, she has put more meaningful content down since the very start of the game, at least gives allows analysis later when more information is available.

I'm less happy with a glossy lynch than I was before. I wouldn't completely protest, but probably not the best target. Arakhor or Cuth are probably my preferred options right now. Al Sips is not a horrendous third option.

I do agree that I am pingy, I disagree on me/cuth being a w/w team. Would be an extremely bold move, and I don't really have history with that, unless I'm sure pulling off such a move = win.

Sorry, who is BL?

@Cass
"@Lassie
- Why didn't you just come forward and clear up the confusion before Glossy tipped you out?/What, if anything, did you take-away from the act?"

Because I find such confusion useful for making my reads, and it was quite entertaining, considering how obvious it was that I'm not Alette. Also, I knew Glossy knows that it is me and not Alette, so wanted to see if she'd play along with it or just reveal it right away as she did.

Oh Dear, I'll just take a seat over there?!!

Good analysis on the Visor-vote, shows that even if you disregard a few there is still a core of CFC players that suspect after pages of Visor-fluff that there is something fishy is with our Aussie friend.

Why Golden1knight? It's d1, even if you don't have time to read everything, your here on the forum so make a post and chuck a vote to a lurker if need be.
Lorens- seems a good plan to post some previous town games to use a template, since everything is so "meta" these days.

Why is this good analysis if I'm not agreeing with you? Don't pat me on the head for doing work.

For golden knight, why did you focus on him rather than the others who haven't posted? He can't be the only lurker.

What do you mean by everything being so 'meta'? What do you think about Lohren's tone?

Why would I play along with it? If you were Alette, I'd feel more confident about my read of you.
