Yeah it's going to stick to the aspect ratio. Unless you crop it to a square it's not going to be 100x100

Not to pee on anyone's parade, but you can download the Microsoft Image Resizer (a free tool) that'll do that sort of thing for you. Alternatively, even a fairly 'basic' image program such as Paint.net would be able to do that for you.

Not to pee on your peeing on anyone's parade, but you can even resize it by using the default Paint that comes with Windows.

Oh definitely, but it's far easier with the Windows gadget and much more versatile with Paint.net.

Not really. All you have to do is click on the shiny little resize button and type 100 in.

Gimp handles all my photo resizing needs. Gimp is top of the line when it comes to free image manipulation software, I wouldn't use anything less powerful now.
