This went rather well and there was really no struggle as compared to other games I read of in the forums. I'm happy to have played with everyone and get introduced to my first tastes of OCC. I have during the course of this game played 2 other personal OCC's. They are quick games at the lower levels.

Congrats on the win.

However, I must say Regent OCC culture win is too easy, especially for players like Barbslinger, considering his warmonger skills.

My first OCC was emperor and it won culturally smoothly. Monarch OCC space win is much harder in the sense you have to make sure you launch before hitting culture victory or 2050.

The AI is too stupid. Even at Monarch you'll outresearch them with only one city.

I guess I overestimated the AI with1 city. Im sure pangea would be harder, though.
