Hey Grave, I am amazed that you are getting grief from some downloaders about decisions that you made for YOUR mod.! He was probably just trying to make a suggestion and went about it in a rude way. Just wanted to extend a thanks for all the hard work.

I hope He's taking longer because he's putting in an earth map with "different" civs in it.:mischief:
 
Maybe he's busy adding things people won't like, so he can blow more fuses :P.
 
The mod its superb, thanks to your mod I keep playing civ, by the way
a Balance Issue: The creative trait its a bit overpowered, 2 culture and 50% wonder production.... poor industrious... but i have to admit that i love that trait... and i love pericles (phi/CRE) jajaaj
what do you people think about the traits??

- Fixed Unit Religion mod so it recognizes Config.ini settings

- Changed free Barbarian tech from 3% to 10%
- Changed General Secretary vote intervals from 4 to 5 turns
- Changed base Religion anarchy length from 1 to 2
- Changed Artillery’s bombing range from 1 to 2
- Indian Mausoleum now replaces Temple instead of Jail
- Aztec Altar now replaces Temple instead of Courthouse
- Switched David’s and Mahmoud’s traits with each other
- Removed Copper/Iron Gold/Silver bonus from Forges, Markets
- Castles and Walls reduced to 50% build speed with Stone
- Cathedrals, Oxford reduced to 50% build speed with Stone
- West Point reduced to 50% build speed with Stone
- Coffee replaces Tea in Supermarkets

If you downloaded the Unique Additional Content mod between the time THIS POST (two above this one, where I announced v1.04) was made and now, please re-download it. I found a small typo that I quickly fixed just now (it was annoying me, so I had to fix it).

If you're reading this for the first time and didn't download it yet, no worries. The typo fix is in there. :)
 
Downloading as I write this. Man!! This is really a major update. Can't wait to try it out. Thanks a lot for your hard work.

Edit: Isn't it about time for HitM to have its own sub-forum? I think mod fans would like to have more space to discuss the different aspects of the mod.

I don't know how that works. I'm not sure if you have to ask for a sub-forum, they give one to you, etc. It's hard enough to keep track of one thread... I couldn't imagine a whole sub-forum. :crazyeye:

You mean to change the traits the Leaders have? CIV4LeaderHeadInfos.xml

And it's very easy!

Well! I think you actually should ask by sending a PM to a moderator most probably Thunderfall.

As for keeping track of posts I don't think it would be more difficult than it is now. In fact a sub-forum will be more convenient both for you and for users. You can have one thread for latest version, mod info, FAQ, bugs and issues, etc.

It also means more publicity. I know you don't sell your work for money but no one hates getting more love :D

Anyway, it is totally up to you. It is only your hard work that makes this mod one of the best. A sub-forum won't change this fact.:goodjob:
 
I definately have to play Texas as a Civ now that you included HEB. I've been working for them for 21 years now and it would be nice to won my own store.
 
i might try the new patch tonight, as far as read the changes i see it as a major change, i love the new unique buildings.
Im very anxious, what changes have you made in Leader Traits??

I Agree, you should have a sub forum so it will be easier for you and us to keep track of new and quetions so basically we dont ask you the same quetion over and over again
As far the best mod i played, i have to tell you that i played a lot of mods specially FFHII and Total Realism
 
1.04 has been released! Awesome with a capital A....I am extremely excited!

Now I know what I will be doing this weekend!
