The war we hoped would never come has finally been launched by the global centre of capitalism, imperialism and militarism - the unholy trinity. A new day has began for South America. The long night of war and brutality and pillage is now over. The Bolivian Empire is no longer. Its desiccated corpse is dead, and the Emperor Guillermo V paid for his genocidal crimes, alongside his family and his generals. I say we show them. Their nations are built upon years and years of oppression, murders and death. Our nation is created by the noble sacrifices of every South American who fought against this evil monarchy.

But we can't just die for it. No, that's not enough. We must LIVE for it! Every single day, we must work to make it greater. Better. If every single one of us, the democrat, the socialist, even the anarchist and imperialist strives towards making our union a more perfect one, there is nothing that can stop us.
