Sorry, I don't really know, as I'm not familiar with the Complete edition.You could try installing a mod which includes DCM to see if that would work. There are plenty mods which use DCM, because it's so good.
Most derivation mods of DCM which include Revolutions, allow for turning off Revolutions as well as any other undesired mods.

Definitely not, as DCM is very SDK-heavy, i.e. a lot of changes are in the DLL, hence the new DLL will obviously not work with it.Has anybody tried using DCM with the new patch (3.19)? I'm most interested in finding out if the CvGameCoreDLL.dll file from DCM is compatible with the patch.
...what about the No-CD part of it?I have yet to find a need for it.
