You might want a longer city list... the AI will chew-through 18 cities pretty quick if the civ lasts into modern times. I've got over 40 Austro-Hungarian city names in the Wolfshanze Mod if you want to borrow some.

Why I only have 18 is because I didn't find a good city list of Austrio-Hungarian cities, only capitals in the regions of Austria-Hungary.

Do you have the city list for yourself or here at CFC so I don't need to download the complete mod to get the city names so I can fix it a bit faster?

Here's a list for you:

I'm going to update my Austria-Hungary civilization with the new city list but also with a new UB because I think replacements for Palace is a bit underpowered because it only can be one UB in the entire civilization.

But I can't find any new UB for Austria-Hungary, does anybody have any good ideas?

Franz Josephs traits will also be changed to Cre, Chm for making his trait combination unique from the other leaders' combinations.

The Wolfshanze Mod uses the Opera House as a UB for Austria... which is a big culture booster (replaces theater)... complete with custom Opera House graphics. I also have custom Austrian diplomacy music, and Francis I (founder of the Austrian Empire) as a leader in addition to Franz Joseph. I also have a lot of custom Austrian unit graphics too. Feel free to borrow any/all of them.

Speaking of Franz Joseph, you should NEVER make a leader's traits based on the fact of "oh, I don't have those traits covered yet". So if the leader of Austria was Atilla the Hun, you'd make him creative and charismatic? Leader traits should be as close as you can get to the actual leader, not some arbitrary "haven't used that one yet" method.

That's not the only reason, I think that Cre, Chm fits Franz better than Cre, Org... If Attila was Austrian leader I shouldn't have gave him Cre, Chm because that's really not Attila but with Franz I think it fits.

Opera House sounds like a good UB, I'll use that UB instead of Reichsrat in my new version.

Well, the reasoning you gave wasn't "I think it suits him better", the reasoning you gave was "making his trait combination unique from the other leaders' combinations"... so that's what I was going off of. :dunno:

Anyways, good luck! :goodjob:

On a side note about the city names: it might be an idea to change some the city names to their German name i.e.

Debreczen --> Debrezin
Tarnów --> Tarnau
Temesvar --> Temeschburg, Temeswar or Temeschwar
Przemysl --> Prömsel
There are probably more.

Again: just an idea

I'll have them as they are because the cities who aren't in German language is located in other parts of Austria-Hungary that is speaking Hungarian, Polish, Chezch or other language...

I got all those names from a contemporary map of the Austo-Hungarian Empire at its peak. The map was made in the 1800s, so the names on the map were showing how the empire itself mapped them down as at the time. I know there's a lot of towns and cities that use multiple names by ethnic origin, even at the same time-frame, but what can you say... I went by a one-map standard that was contemporary to the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
:deal:

Here's another Austria Duuk.

Do you reference to Wolfshanzes or my civ's UB?

If you are refering to my civ I can tell you that I'm going to change it to a new UB: Opera House (replacing Theatre or Colosseum).
