Not quite that but I did declare war on someone, I guess the same turn they became a vassal. I checked and they were not a vassal to anyone when I declared war. Then all of a sudden someone else declares war on me. I check, and they are all of a sudden the master of who I just declared war upon. Very annoying.

Hannibal is Free Market (?)
Hatshepsut is Organised Religion (?)
Mansa is Free Market (?)
Peter is Bureaucracy
Qin is Bureaucracy (?)
Roosevelt is Mercantilism
Washington is Free Speech

(?) = not sure if this has changed, but I don't recall it as being this.

You could declare anyways to obtain the diplo bonus (and negate the negative one).

1. Yes you can, isn't it clear? You can use Quick still too!
2. All units are added, nothing has replaced old ones (though Conquistador is now Cuirassier UU, not Knight UU). Stealth Destroyer (250 hammers using Normal speed) is upgrade to Destroyer and Missile Cruiser (260 hammers using Normal speed) upgrade to Battleship.

I don't have the pic, but I was paratrooping from Island to Island on an Archipelago map and my paratrooper kept walking across the water with a calvary next to him. BtS is really bugged up...
