We decided after the Moors that the new Madrid spot did not need the extra production later on. 6 turns to Sistine Chapel does not need the extra production of a levy. After all, you don't see modern Madrid having most of the wonders of the modern world.

6 Turns to complete the Sistine Chapel ? Never mind then, I would rather not have an OP Spain later on.

Yes, and that is Epic without the Moors UP. It really does not need a levy.

With the Moors UP, I can get it down to 3 turns.

And it looks like the leader swapping is broken. It's 1650 AD and Japan is led by Kammu, Spain by Isabella, France by Charlemagne and England by Alfred. Surprisingly, tech rate seems to have increased by this.

In my current game as HRE (rev. 401), none of the AI leaders changed.... its the 19th century, and Alfred, Ragnar and Jimmu are still around.

Guess someone forgot to reactivate that.

I played as Italy, and seemed to have open borders with the Roman indies. This shouldn't happen, as I can't take Rome.

I've changed a couple of colors since the 1.9 release which the VD package is based on. The VD package contains its own CivInfos.xml and therefore they keep the old colors. Now because every color can be used only once per game (so players can be distinguished) and some new civs use the colors old civs had, they get random replacement colors. This can cause a chain reaction so that other civs also lose their original color and get replacements.

Huh? Milan gets autorazed on spawn, I think.

I'm getting a really strange hang-up whenever Portugal's LH wants to say sweet nothings to me--there's a dialogue box for not having the disk in the hard drive & while it doesn't freeze the game I have to ctrl-alt-del it away.

EDIT: The Colombian exchange resources also aren't spawning.
