C2C civilizations megapack

I hope everything is ok now.
Ill add this civ to megapack in january. Currently i got 2 big projects which should soon be included to the mod.

Like I stated in an earlier post, I hope you can add the countries of Atlantis, Latveria, Wakanda, and Bialya into your megapack.

Sure will add this too.
Any suggestion about leaders?

Black Panther and Victor Von Doom would definitely be the leaders of Wakanda nd Latveria respectively, and Queen Bee is Queen of Bialya, so she would be it's Leader. There are two possible kings to use for Atlantis, and it depends on which you based the civ on. There is Atlas from the original myth, who Atlantis's first king, and then there's King Nedakh from the Disney Atlantis movie. Personally both are fine to use.

OK got some time today and added Ulm, Wakanda, Lebanon, Latvaria, Bialya and Atlantis civilizations. Have fun :)

Suggestions:
I think all of the entries for the sevopidia should be made shorter and standardized. It makes them a lot easier to read and digestiable, especially with the area to read being pretty small.

Also it might be better to remove all the prefix and suffixes for the civs (empire, republic of, etc.)

The flags also all don't go together – seems very hard so I understand why it wasn't done, but it would give the mod a very polished feel

I wouldn't mind helping fix the sevopidia, although I'm not familiar with modding and would probably need some help

Other misc sevopidia problems:
Build’g Upgrade tab – I think this is just a typo
Index is bugged

I'll try to do this for the leaders next, if it was appreciated.

Thanks for this informations. Ill try to fix it in this week. Also Ill add Fundation to the list.

I can try to help fix/design new entries if you would like the help, I could try to, as per my suggestion in my above comment, make all of the entries unified in style and shorter so as to make the information easier on the eyes and more digestible.

Any help will be great because my English is quite rusty. Im not native speaker and sometimes i make some stupid errors.
XML files are quite easy to edit. Best download and install Notepad++. Its great tool to edit these sort of files.
Here is the link:
https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.8.8.html

Then download my megapack. All texts are put in _Civ4GameText.xml files.
When you done with editing then pack everything and put on some free file storage portal. For example Wetransfer, DoSBox or Google Disk. After this Ill add new flags for Arawak and Etruscans and add Galactic Empire to Megapack.

Ill try to rework the pedia files and send them here. What to you think of these suggestions before I start though:

Edit: Most of these have problems with their name (not called _______ empire or too long for the pedia) but a few have the wrong culture/low-res flags

From my experience most people dont read pedia entries. Especialy long ones. And beacause of that - shorter = better. If people want more info then wikipedia or other pages are helpful.

As for standardization of the text - im 100% for this :)

Icons/flags leave to me. Easy to fix this.

Sounds good, will start on the civilization pedia entries soon! Then I hope to expand from there!

@Sparth: do you plan to update your Polish version of the Megapack? It seems old version causes some problems now. Since some mid-January SVN I started to get messages about some xml problems with (IIRC) Andean_Worker_2. At some stage (early Ancient era) I got an unavoidable CTD. After I installed the most recent SVN and Megapack the game starts and runs smoothly.

Sure, but I think not sooner that in late February. Just got too many projects at once :)

I meant that the second sity you build is called "Ra's Bayrut", which means the head of Beirut. They're pointing up to districts and geographical locations, instead of actual cities and villages

Ok got it. Maybe other cities names are also wrong. I take them from wiki. Can you post here a list of 45 (can be little less or more) biggest cities from Lebanon? Then I put them in the XML and post my modmod again with actual name list.
