C2C SVN Changelog

Is slowdown normal near the end of the game? I have an i5 @4.5ghz and turns take around 1-2 minutes around the digital age. Only 4 other cpus on a standard sized map :P A new Dawn ran a lot better for me.

Yes. We're optimizing and fixing performance issues as we get to them, but obviously that's mostly been in earlier eras thus far. If you come across a position where performance drops significantly post a save game and a brief description of the issue (usually end-turn is taking a long time being the common description!), and (when I have time, since I'm currently very bogged down in the multimap work), I'll run your end turn from your save game through the profiler and figure out what is taking all the time (and hopefully then address it)

I think you mean -50 ? At the moment Stalin gets +100% to wonder production.

I don't see how any of these new traits fit. It is not even close to balanced. The hunter gatherer civs are all terrible,

<iGreatGeneralRateModifier>-75</iGreatGeneralRateModifier>
<iDomesticGreatGeneralRateModifier>-75</DomesticGreatGeneralRateModifier>
So thats -150% great general inside borders? Is it cumulative? On top of this they get -50% culture in all cities.
Imaxanarchy3 and a measly +1 research per city doesn't make up for it. It should be more like +10 research :)

Wow, I'd like to see that save. I haven't been to the Modern Era since last year.

Lol i'm surprised so many people don't go to the later eras. I like to win by space race or science, since the warfare aspect isn't my favorite in this game ( i like civ 5 combat better).

Anyways i started a new game with only 3 civs and its going well so far. Just starting getting the modern physics techs.

My SVN is not updating right. It says i dont have premission and then it says something about Hydro and FPK. It then says i need to clean my SVN but when i push clean it doesn't work

This is what it says when i try to updateCommand: Update
Error: Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted
Error: Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.
Completed!:

Here is what it says when i try to 'Cleanup'
Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
C:\Users\GiuseppeIII\Documents\My Games\beyond the sword\MODS\Caveman2Cosmos

It's a really bad idea to have the actual folder you run the game from as your SVN working folder. The recommended approach is to use a copy which is not inside your 'program files' folder as your SVN worki folder, and export from there to the actual runtime folder.

Havogn said that, if you really want to do it that way your problem is because Windows protects the 'program files' area and won't let applications (includgb SVN) write to it unless you explicitly run them as admin. Since SVN runs as a shell extension that means you need to run explorer as admin for it to work, or else turn off the UAC in your copy of windows (google it).

Have you tried deleting the Hydro.FPK and then updating?
Ill try this first

And if that doesn't work this.

Thanks:)
