- Adjusted basic animal STR and MOVE (terrain & feature bonuses not yet included.)
- Adjusted War Weariness for most Government Civics. In most cases reduced penalties/bonuses. (Thank you JosEph_II for concept testing)
- Slightly reduced benefits of Chiefdom to be less militaristic. Troops can no longer be used to suppress angry citizens. Removed "No
in Capital" bonus. +5%
required for City growth as citizens give food offerings to Chief.
- Adjusted Despotism to provide more value as an early "warmonger" Government. Numerous changes (see Civics thread for details.)
