C2C SVN Changelog

ie: Right now its listed as

Code:
<Button>Art/Button_Zheng_He.dds</Button>

when it should read:

Code:
<Button>Art/Interface/Buttons/Buildings/Button_Zheng_He.dds</Button>

That way when we move it to the core, it wont need to be changed at all, pretty simple HUH?

Also since this is a learning curve, for some reason its better to have this:

Code:
<NIF>Art/empty.nif</NIF>
rather than an empty area.

Ok I will fix then. Thanks :goodjob:

OK if you are fixing these, how is HE going to learn, no offense??:mischief: Or is HE fixing them and you are just committing??

I was telling him what was wrong and I fix the stuff he already submitted. For instance the stuff you posted about proper icon/button location he fixed in the La Brea Tar Pits before posting. He still had some more errors which I fix but I told him for next time. This seems to be a learning process for both of us.

Great news, thx alot both of you then!!:)

Just pushed to SVN (5781):
  • Fixed CTD reported by Snofru
  • Fixed an AI weakness that leads to AI attack stacks dithering around when they would have to move past defenders

I don't want to say EXACTLY what the AI change is, but it should make AI attacks more threatening, or at least more difficult to side-step. It's a work-in-progress but today's change should have a noticeable impact in many circumstances. Further aspects will be addressed in the next few days, hopefully.

In particular you probably REALLY don't want to make yourself the target of barbarian attentions by appearing overly weak when barbarians start to spawn!

UPDATE on Win 8 status of the SVN from their site admin:

[forge:site-support] #4523

Chris Tsai (ctsai@users.sf.net) 7/16/13

From: [forge:site-support]

Just to give you an update, I've been having some problems with my Windows test machine lately, but I'm working on getting it set up again so I can more thoroughly test the instructions I previously put together (which definitely worked when I first tested it), and get them updated with any changes, or figure out where else there might be an issue.

Just pushed to SVN (5788):
  • Fixed crash when trying to select civ in new game creation if you have the developing leaders option turned on

Update

- Add promotion for sea units to go above the exp limit for animal hunting. Like the land units do.

Edit updates

- Python I forgot last time for promotions.
- New art for Andean Workers.

Update

- Fix the cost (time) it takes to build an orchard. It was that same as the more primitive fruit picker improvement. Now it is closer to the plantation improvement in cost.

Edit fix

- Fixes to buildings for BULL. natural Wonders and Zheng He' Workshop apparently not only does BULL not like white space it has problems with ' as well!
- Fixed art for Great Barrier Reef so that it is visible in game.
