- Fix Bear and Deer Totem buildings.
- First part of the golden age for sacrificing humans (and Neanderthals) - does the calculations but does not give the golden age yet. I have tried to make the sacrifice valuable to the AI even though it wont know about the golden age.

On game load or start often there is no unit and features. Graphics paging is disabled .I have to switch paging on abd scroll the map to bring units and features back.

Added the biopunk theme that is the next generation of biological warfare as Techs; can be biological, genetic, cybernetic, virtual, and android pathogens of many biopunk themes. They are optional to research on Tech Tree but are extremely deadly. the next weapons of mass destruction.

Added the Cybepunk Theme known as Synthetic Sentience as a Tech
The short version,

* Virtual life that interacts in the real world as holograms aka Holographic Pets.
* The Internet as an collective virtually alive organism
*Virtual Avatars (aka with Augmented Reality you can dress up as monsters/fantasy by downloading software and others with Augmented Reality glasses will see you as a monster. Augmented Reality is ubiquitous, and all of this is powered by digitized fabrics. )

*Virtual Organisms (evolutionary algorithms is like virtual DNA. Creatures can exist in virtual worlds that for the most part are alive, which are made of "intelligence organelles" that virtually keep the creature alive. Like real world pathogens can kill actual animals, computer virus can permanently kill virtual life.

*Other stuff that is more technical.

All of this gets upgraded with Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing and Simulated Reality TECH down the tech tree.

Added the Theme of Utopia as a Tech called Utopia Destiny

In the United States in the 19th century, Manifest destiny was the widely held belief that American settlers were destined to expand across the continent. Utopian Destiny is the widely held befief near the end of late Transhuman Era that society should create an Utopia. This tech will house elements like poverty eradication, super sanitation, cyber noah arks, meticulous sanitation, ecology, global welfare, global medical care, among other things. It will be a small scale utopia but some progress will be made. True utopias will be late galactic era.

Removed some obsolete Pedia entries.
Linarized (squished together) the existing Civilopedia Entries, but New Technologies are in human readable format for now.
This just means when you go to the Civilopedia the Pedia entries I made are in excellent format. Before the Pedia entries were like spaghetti.
