--Reduce City Max Bombard value from previous reduction (100 to 80) to 70.
--Reset Most BBAI_AI_Variables_GlobalDefines.xml to near Defaults. These were inhibiting/reducing the AI from Attacking Cities if they did not have 60% Siege units in stacks.

Off the advice of Joe, i changed a few of the first listed Civics for Distance modifiers and a few other things i thought needed to be changed, i only did like 3-5 dif civic changes left the rest alone, let me know what else needs the MOST drastic changes (but NOT in this thread) thx . . .SO

Now about 2/3rds into prehistoric era.
