C3C Bonus CD

I pre-ordered C3C from Amazon.com on 9/26/03 and received it today, with no Bonus CD. I emailed Amazon regarding it and did get a response

Has anyone else had problems receiving the Bonus CD from Amazon on a pre-order?

Did you place your order as "Conquest" or as "Conquest+FreeBonusCD"?

If you didn't order it as the later then you can kiss that bonus cd 'goodbye'.

Otherwise amazon just messed up. But I wouldn't worry about it as they will surely send it for free asap as they have a very good customer service. Speaking from personal experience here!

Did you order the Bonus CD when you preordered?

I know that may sound like a weird question, but with Amazon.com, you had to add the Bonus CD to your preorder in order to receive it.

I used to think Amazon.com had good customer service until my Bonus CD saga (still ongoing) is still dragging on, several weeks and several reorders later.

Now that I look at my invoice and order online, I never added the bonus cd to the order. My bad I guess.....but then again maybe if I complain to Amazon enough I could get one anyway...

I preordered through EB Games and even yesterday- when I got the game- they said they had saw NO sign of my preorder disc.
