Questions Again ... About Rules, are these in place, I believe they were in the previous incarnations ???
1. No Fighting in Europe
2. No trading 2 age technology to indians
I was the late comer in this game, but I thought the rules were the following:
- Europe : no war can be raged on the European territory. If you are at war with another power, you must keep your fight in the colonies, no land battle allowed in Europe (naval battles are of course authorized around Europe, including Gibraltar).
- Religion : If a country research protestantism while another chooses the counter-reformation then these countries should declare war on one another (whether you actually fight is another issue but no trade, no agreement anyway).
- Modifs : Iroquois replace Mayas, the Aztecs have a second city where the Maya capital is. All natives civs will be beefed up (settlers, troops, level) and more agressive.
- Map Trading : disabling Map trading completely to give a stronger feeling of "discovery".
- Natives and Techs : forbid tech-trading with Natives, at least from a certain tech and up (before gunpowder for instance or even earlier)
- Treasure (relics graphics) : add some trasure units (cities of Cebola for those who played Colonization) so that an efficient (and quick) exploration should be fruitful.

Am I correct?

So regarding what can be traded with natives (apart from rum, trinkets and blankets laced with smallpox) ... can someone post a list of the techs that are kosha for trade please ...

Thanks :goodjob:

EDIT ... I have sent the save to Aluminium Knight again :)

I think we need to start thinking about replacing Aluminium Knight...
I think we need to start ACTING about replacing Aluminium Knight... does anyone second that?

Wow! Didn't know this game was still alive! Turn should be sent by the end of the day. Sorry for the delay!

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to withdraw from this game... I'm holding things up too much. With school starting up again and me finally getting Civ4 to work on my laptop, I just don't have the time or motivation to keep this going. Sorry!

Yes.

Maybe you can ask to AluminiumKnight the password and some hints of what went on so far and what were his plans for the future.

.

Von Clausewitz, did u get an answer from AluminiumKnight? If not, we should use the master password. Who has it? Classical Heroe?
