C3C PBEM : Rise of Rome - scenario-based PBEM

Doh! The only thing more frustrating than being in a dieing PBEM is if you are the one sending the game (continuously) to the non-responsive one next in line. You have my condolences, Akots.

I'm ready for one more PBEM if you'll have me. I played RoR once on my own so I know the general scheme already (turn 110 domination win).

oh yeah, I may not be that good but I'm very reliable and never take anything personal-like.

I'm actually fine and have received some feedback from acubed for the preceding turn. May be there are some problems with the recent virus. We had whole network paralyzed for 4 days at work.

I suggest we take Rocinante as replacement, except if you are sure Acubed is really IN the game and won't keep up waiting a week before playing and sending his turn.
I contacted him and he replied (so his e-mail is working) telling me he lacked the time 36 hours ago....

I don't receive updates to this thread for some annoying reason (if anyone can help please let me know). But I just got mail from LouLong asking me why I'm holding up the game.

I'm not holding up the game. If I have problems keeping up I'll let it be known for sure.

Errrhm...forgive my ignorant question, but what the heck is a "battle log"? I've never had to do one of those in my PBEMs yet. Am I pissing off a bunch of my fellow players without me realizing it?

Turn 325BC sent to Rocinante.

@RJ. How do you know your losses? It is not an epic game at 2000BC with 5 units. There are many units and it is virtually impossible to keep track of all. There is no other way but send each other battle logs IMO. I specifically asked him to do this and sent mine. He did not refuse. It is just simply polite and makes the life easier. Otherwise, it is like solving a giant puzzle every turn especially after 5 day break. Would you be happy to receive a battle log from the player you are at war with? In CDZ ladder this is mandatory.

Erm.. battle logs? Is this mandatory? I don't really feel like writing down which units were killed where, my boys just kinda do what they feel like, ya know? Not that they're particularly adept in this game anyway, mighty Rome should be the one sending me battle logs if anything ;) - and honestly I don't need anyone's battle logs, I'll find my (lack of) units just fine.
