C3C PBEM : Rise of Rome - scenario-based PBEM

:goodjob:
Thanks, Random Fan! You are a life-saver. (Or rather a PBEM saver!) Make the Greeks fight all the way to Persepolis! I guess Rome has to get off its arse now and get rid of those pesky Carths!

Plus, maybe Alexander will go onto India, catch malaria and his empire will be swept off the world stage....yeah!

Turn 140BC dispatched to the current Persian ruler, Darius III or Xerxes III or Kir III or Random fan I.

Nope, right now,
Achaemenes holds the crown ;)

Will be played and sent after 10 hours.

sent along to LouLong with his million-and-one pbems.. how do you keep track of that many?

I just don't (always randomize what I am doing !) lol !
Besides some I just organized and I am not playing and others are finished (one victory and two defeats so far). Some are fast so they are easy to follow.

New turn started

Looks nice, "elephant beach" ?

New turn started

All those elephants may tip the island  . I see a :hammer: in the
Roman's crystal ball :D . Thanks for the screen shot :goodjob: .

Bah! Carthage is doomed. This just delays their demise a little longer. The last gasp of a corrupt and bankrupt *Oligarchy* (Says Senator RJ, the newly elected head of the Roman *REPUBLIC*!) ;)
Sicily may have to be temporarily abandoned due to the huge amount of toxic elephant dung on the island now!

*tip* .. hmm with Etna upside down Sicily could take off into outer space at the next eruption!

Dung is not supposed to be toxic. It should make the land more fertile there. At last there is some action on the Western front. Abandoning cities is not in the spirit of the Republican rule. They should be gifted to some other friendly country, like Macedon, for example. Our peasant would happily grwo triple crops on these dung piles. We'll combine them with the ashes of vulcano. :)

Turn played and sent to Persepolis or where this general-usurper sits on his throne now.

So this is what we can expect from the newly elected leader of the Roman Republic? Burning down your own cities.. I'm sure that will make you popular in a hurry, Nero.

Hey now! Everyone was evacuated safely. All Roman citizens knew the danger of the Carthaginian raiders when they settled there. They are all going to have an extended stay in mainland Rome until Sicily is safely "unCarthaginicized". Nothing like the danger of an immenent threat to unify the people behind even the most inept leader. (Right? Mr. Bush?)
