Prime Minister Edward Pan addresses the Parliament of Guangxi
Today Guangxi has suffered a national tragedy, a tragedy the likes of which China has not seen for the better part of a century.
First, we send our most sincere condolences and apologies to the British Royal House of Tudor, our most honored guests whom we have failed as hosts. We also sends our regrets to the Russian Emperor, the families of those Japanese guests who were murdered, and all others effected by this tragedy. Your losses will not be forgotten, not by your own people and not by the people of Guangxi. May we all come together to grieve in this time of despair.
Second, we roundly condemn the Red Army and the perfidious United Realm. The Conservative party has always maintained that the Treaty of Kunming, signed under the previous Whig government, was a mistake, as the United Realm is naught but a hive of terrorists and criminals, whose goal is to use any means necessary to conquer the rest of China for their own personal gain. These pretenders even have the gall to call themselves the "Unified Realm of China," when in fact they are the progeny of those who have destroyed China, the heir to General Kong, traitor to all Chinese and murderer of millions. That this traitor government has been allowed to stand as long as it has is an outrage, and its recognition by the previous government an unforgivable mistake.
We are sure our British and Japanese friends share in this outrage, and, regardless of tensions which have existed before, we are sure that ourselves and the Japanese are of the same mind on at least one thing: the Lanzhou regime must be destroyed, for it has been a thorn in our sides long enough!
To General Yehao Ma, know that while Guangxi may be grieving over the death of its king, the resolve of its people has never been stronger! Too long have the people of western China been suffering under the heel of military government. They will be liberated in due order. As for the General, he and all of his government will be shown no quarter. Yehao Ma's head shall be worth its weight in gold to whoever separates it from his body; this, we promise you! The legacy of the hated Ascendant Kingdom must be torn down and cast into the annals of history as the greatest mistake China has ever known!
Now we would declare war against the Unified Realm, but we do not even consider it to be a legitimate government. No, this is merely a police action to remove a cancer that has plagued Guangxi and all of China for too long! Even now, Guangxi's forces are mobilizing, ready to exact revenge for the unspeakable crimes of the Unified Realm and its predecessor, which have gone unpunished for 93 years!

From: Guangxi
We hope that this shared national tragedy will bring a new era in our nations' relations. Asian brothers should not fight each other, and for now whatever grievances which exist between our two nations must be set aside, for working together we are sure that we can accomplish the utter destruction of the Unified Realm in short order.

From: Guangxi
Again, our most sincere apologies for the death of your good King. The government of Guangxi considers the failure to be completely on its own part, and beseeches the United Kingdom to forgive it for its failure to protect the king. Know that the king's death will be repaid one thousand-fold. Exacting vengeance will be easier, however, with British support. We ask that Britain allow us to purchase 3 Cataphract armor divisions at cost to aid in our campaign. British air support would also be appreciated. We know that events in Africa may diminish your ability to aid us somewhat, but we promise that once the Unified realm is disposed of, Guangxi will not hesitate to aid Britain in suppressing the African rebels.
