Re: China
Due to the continue unjust war being forced upon the United Realm of China by the British, their German allies and their puppets in Xinjing, which has cost the lives of not only hundreds of thousands of soldiers but countless civilians, we will be taking a more active role in the defense of the Chinese. To that end, we will be deploying fighter aircraft to China to form a No-Fly Zone in the skies above the sovereign territory over the United Realm. Any and all aircraft found within that zone will be shot down, regardless of nationality. We advise all nations, especially those participating in this misguided war, to not send any planes over the United Realm, less they wish to be sent back down to Earth in an uncontrolled descent. Consider this your first and only warning.

You will regret this soon enough.

As we have said previously, we will not allow you to attack, destroy and annex our ally. Our fighters will be used for defensive purposed only and will not assist on offensive operations. Therefore, if you cease your war upon the United Realm, there will be no need for further bloodshed. We are giving ample warning. Our alliance with the United Realm requires us to come to their defense and we could have done so by sending our fighters unannounced and completely obliterating your air units in the theater. Instead, we are doing the honorable thing and allowing you and your lackeys to make peace. We are being more than reasonable. If you seek to show the world that the United Kingdom is not to be trifled with, the millions dead in a few short years have more than illustrated that point. We understand that you are angered at the murder of your King and seek recompense. But you must understand our point of view as well: your allies already occupy substantial portions of our borders and we cannot allow you to annex one of our allies and further the area of our borders under your control.
We are more than willing to enter negotiations to end the fighting, but you seem to think that war is the only answer and thus you are forcing us to respond in a manner that you understand. We wish only for peace, prosperity and civility to reign for all the world. We don't understand why you are fighting against that.

Note that we offered a three-way partition of China when the war began that would have granted Russia territory that is unsuitable for invasion, as we know from experience (we would not have launched the war with China otherwise; they could have kept their damnable worthless mountains for all we cared). You had a justifiable cause as a Russian duke was killed in the attack. But you turned us down.
We will ask you a simple question: What punishment is fitting for a nation complicit and responsible for the death of the Russian Emperor? We will accept no less. Think carefully on your answer, because should the Russian emperor be assassinated by one of your enemies, we will hold you to it.

We never saw you as Proletarist sympathizers. But we see now that times have changed.

We have nothing to do with Proletarism, merely defending an ally from an unjust invasion, much as your nation is doing in Jamaica. If Britain had invaded, say, Uruguay, would Brazil be considered a Proletarist sympathizer for coming to their aid?

Unlike yourself, we do not make a habit of invading and partitioning our allies, hence why we declined your offer. Nor do we feel that the death of one person, even the Emperor's own cousin, is reason for millions to die in a pointless conflict.
And if the Emperor was assassinated, we would bring down punishment upon those responsible the likes of which the world has never see, not invade another nation that may or may not have been complicit (the downfall of which coincidentally expands our colonial empire). But, and here is the primary difference between us, that is because the Emperor is Russia, the sole leader of the government, the military and the heart and soul of the nation and because we are warlike, authoritarian barbarians as you so often point out. Your King, on the other hand, is a powerless figurehead of a constitutional monarchy, a vestigial remnant from a bygone era. It is your Parliament, rationale, educated men elected by their peers who espouse the liberal ideals of peace, liberty and cooperation that ate the true government of England, and they were not killed. That is why it is ironic for you to engage in such a vicious and pointless war that will not bring your King back, while we try to mediate peace and end the bloodshed.
And we not appreciate your veiled threat, which would prove to be very inconvenient for you should some misfortune befall our beloved Emperor.

HUNDREDS DIE IN RED ARMY ATTACK IN XINJING
The Dominion of Guangxi prepared elaborate and grand backgrounds for the Vigintennial Celebrations this year. Marking the twentieth anniversary of the formation of the Dominion and the restoration of Qing monarchy over much of China, the event has been marked as a grand and gala occasion for dignitaries from across the world. The keystone was an immense party and firework display held in Guangxi, as King Richard of Guangxi took dinner with King Henry of Britain. Other noted representatives were a number of lesser nobility from Japan, a cousin of the Emperor of Russia, and numerous diplomats and ambassadors from all corners of the world. Security was intensive, and Guangxi's forces prepared for every eventuality they thought possible, providing food tasters and personal security throughout the palatial complex. At the evening firework display with the two kings, and all the ranking diplomats and representatives present, three prepositioned and concealed mortars opened fire upon the gathering. Using high explosive shells, chaos immediately broke out, as many died and began to flee from the complex. Massive damage was done, and while the guards attempted to locate the attackers, they could not before over thirty shells had been dropped upon the gathering. Many of the present leaders and representatives were slain, including both the King of Guangxi and the King of the United Kingdom. The British king was rendered unconscious during the barrage and only died yesterday morning, never awakening. The Russian duke was also killed, along with most of the Japanese delegation. Of all of the major attendees, only the representative of the Unified Realm of China escaped unscathed, the rest being badly wounded or slain in the attack.
The Red Army has claimed full credit for the attack, claiming that it is a major victory over the imperialist oppressors, stating that both the Japanese and British are the true enemy of the Chinese people. They have stated that any who recognize either's rule over China are not much more than oppressors themselves and thus are sentenced to death. As the fighting remains heavy in Japanese China after this year's earlier revolt, it seems that the attempts by Guangxi's military have also been unable to achieve success since their own offensive against the Red Army's strongholds earlier in the year. Strong evidence seems to exist linking the Unified Realm of China to the Red Army, and captured Red Army soldiers have stated that they were acting to claim a bounty offered by the Realm for the death of the King of Guangxi.
Back in Europe, the British public has been outraged by the death of their king, and an immense clamor for retaliation towards China has begun to emerge, calling for a push to end the current tyranny. Parliament has convened an emergency session, and have yet to announce what plans will be made to counter the recent events as well as to welcome the new King to the British throne. Other nations have been equally outraged by the attack, though still none have achieved the same public fervor and outrage that has emerged in Britain or Japan. In Britain particularly, it has been suggested that inaction could lead to severe political consequences for the Shaw government, which has already been struggling with the costly fighting in Africa.
