To the World
From Kurdistan

Peruvian scientists and doctors are coming to Kurdistan to learn about our disaster relief efforts, and any other nations that wish to send scientists and/or doctors for the same reason may do so, to promote how to prevent disasters from happening.

Argentina would be happy to send researchers to observe your methods of disaster relief. We are puzzled how Kurdistan has knowledge of how to prevent natural disasters though.

Ecuador will send doctors to Kurdistan.

From: Workers Commonwealth
To: Ecuador

We hope Ecuador will keep its commitment to the global Revolution of the Proletariat in mind before it again considers allying with the godless capitalist oppressors in Rio de Janeiro.

If the Proletariats can protect Ecuador from the Brazilians Hordes, why not? If however, you cant help us, then we shall seek the protection of Capitalist nations, without of course, changing our government.

From Ecuador
To Brazil:

It is up to Kurdistan to decide who will go there and who not. We call the international community to condem the imperialism of Brazil.

TO: Ecuador
FROM: Brazil

That is true, it is they who decide who may come and who may not. But there is a major flaw in your plan for international damnation, you see. There are things known as oceans that sit, oddly enough, between Ecuador and everyone else. Those oceans hold things we call battleships. Those "battleships", as we are wont to call them, have these things called "guns". Proletarists have few friends internationally, and fewer still in South America. Your words bring you closer and closer to the end.

From Ecuador
To Brazil:

Is this a threat about the independence of Ecuador? We can assure you that we have already prepared a defensive plan in case you invade. We are not afraid of Brazil. We may wish peace, but we are ready to put on a strong resistance. Also the international community will not accept any aggression against an other independent state.

TO: Ecuador
FROM: Brazil

It is very much a threat on your independence. But not as a nation, simply as a regime. The international community has never mattered to Brazil. We do what we do because we must. Ecuador has never served Brazil as a loyal ally, flopping back and forth between anti-democratic regimes with fancy new titles. You may call for aid, go on, do it. Brazil will accept the challenge from any state that sees fit to save a backwater proletarist dictator.

To: Ecuador
From: Peru

If Ecuador will commute the former President's punishment to a life sentence and hold free and fair elections (OOC: essentially converting to social proletariat), the world community will no doubt have more sympathy towards your plight.

OOC-theDright: Kurdistan just completed training an emergency brigade for earthquake reliefs after experiencing a nasty shock some years ago. I contacted him since Peru is highly prone to such occurances.

From Ecuador
To the world:

Ecuador will hold free elections. The parties that are allowed to take place in the elections are:

The People's Party (ooc: The dictators party)
The Worker's Party
The Nationalist Party
The Democratic Party

To: Ecuador
From: Peru

We are delighted at your response! Peru will consider a lowered tariff agreement with Ecuador once elections have been held (provided that the elections are fair and that Ecuador wants a lowered tariff agreement).

 that was an error on my part. I meant that we know how to ensure that people will be helped quickly, and what to do in the event of a disaster to prevent our economy from being destroyed completely. Along with our industrial overhaul, we have planned out for our factories ways to survive various disasters, a major one being fire. Regardless, we will be happy to teach your doctors and scientists what ours know :p

We request OB to send doctors to Kurdistan.

To UK, US, Brazil, Vinland
From Russia

We support Emperor Harold fully. If he chooses to resolve the matter peacefully, we honor that decision. If, on the other hand, he asks for our aid in reclaiming the throne his family has held for decades, we will gladly come to his aid. In that regard, we care little what the world thinks. He and his family are our oldest allies and we will help them in whatever way they need it, always and without question. Should that be the case, any nation supporting the Proletarist scum or hindering the Emperor returning to his homeland will be in a state of war with Russia

OOC: Anyone doubting the sheer joy I would take from that war need only look at the two words right below my user name :D

OOC: Brazil == Russia?

What on Earth is happening right now.

ooc: Why everyone wants to invade me?

OOC: Vinland doesn't want to invade you. But the reason you're encountering trouble is that you're joining as a small nation with a non-standard ideology, and then throwing your weight around. Brazil wants to maintain peace and order on the continent, and if you stand up to a superpower who doesn't like your government, well, you're just inviting trouble. Better moves would be to surreptitiously seek foreign allies sympathetic to your cause, while keeping a low profile.

ooc: But I changed my government to democracy. I started free elections.

OOC: And that is a good step towards demonstrating goodwill towards the requests of your neighbours. With some luck, that should disperse hostile feelings towards your nation, though much also depends on the plans of foreign governments.
