I thought that was already a given. I clearly stated last year I would do so, 2 years after the war ends, once we have shifted back to peacetime footing. doing so is not dependent on a peace treaty between us. hence it is not one of the terms of the treaty.

We are proud to announce the Treaty of Riga

The Treaty of Riga​

Article 1: A state of war no longer exists between the United Russian Empire and the United States and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland

Article 2: The United States and the United Kingdom (hereafter referred to as the Allies) recognize the Russian holding of Vladivostok, formerly New Britain, and renounce any and all claims upon it and all other Russian holdings in the western Pacific Region

Article 3: No American or British warship or troopship shall ever again sail upon nor attempt to enter the Baltic Sea, except to evacuate those soldiers they already have in Eastern Europe and anyone else they wish to take with them

Article 4: The Allies do hereby recognize everything in Europe east of Brandenburg to be under the Russian sphere of influence, to be free of Allied interference, funding and/or military aid. This includes, but is not limited to, Poland, Hungary, Georgia, Serbia, the remnants of the Roman Empire, etc.

Article 5: The Russian Empire recognizes the claims of the Arabian government in the Holy Land so long as free passage, barring reasonable taxation, is allowed to all faiths to visit the sacred sites therein

Article 6: The Allies will send no funds, troops, advisers or technologies to any belligerent power that remains at war with the Russian Empire

Article 7: Failure by the Allies to abide by these terms will result in a return to hostilities

The Potsdam Accord​

In order to reflect upon the common heritage, strength and culture of the people of Brandenburg and Austria, and to mend the rift that had torn them apart in war, the governments of Brandenburg and Austria hereby announce a groundbreaking agreement between the two German nations.

Article I. The Kingdom of Brandenburg and the Kingdom of Austria hereby enter a pact of alliance, pledging to help defend one another's interests and territory.

Article II. The Kingdom of Brandenburg and the Kingdom of Austria will eliminate tariffs between their respective nations

Article III. The German Brotherhood shall be recognized as a legal entity in the Kingdom of Austria, as long as they remain civil and do not agitate for the separation of territory from the Kingdom of Austria

Article IV. Citizens of Brandenburg and Austria will be allowed to have dual citizenship if so desired

Article V. The Potsdam Accord will create in Munich the Reichmint, in order to create a unity of currency between Austria and Brandenburg in a period of three to five years

Article VI. The Potsdam Accord will create in Munich the Reich Cultural Committee in order to encourage German culture by way of sponsoring literature and clubs supporting German culture, as well as creating a unified sports team for competition in the Olympics

We will gladly provide escort for Admiral Buzatto, so long as it is agreed that he will be escorted to Brazil by means of British transport. We would prefer not to spend time and resources on providing the Admiral escort across the Atlantic ourselves. Under such conditions, we would consider this issue resolved.

It is our assumption that all parties currently engaged in the war in the Atlantic will not fire upon a ship bearing any insignia that would identify it as a neutral vessel. If Brazil and her allies are not confident in this assumption, it falls to them to propose a means by which Admiral Buzatto is to be returned to Rio de Janeiro.

He's an Admiral, I hope he has no fear of the sea and, if the unthinkable happens and the ship he is on happens to sink, I hope he can swim. This is by no means a threat, we want him to return home as his family must surely miss him and we have more important domestic matters to concern ourselves with.
