My attempt at Romania. It's hard, because it seems to be a purely political creation rather than a creation of a nationalist movement, so I didn't really feel right using the tricolor. I just kinda mushed Moldavia and Wallachia together, it's not pretty but it's because that's what the current Romanian state seems to be. EQ or TLJ could probably correct me. The colors ended up nice but it might be too busy.

Furthermore as we have suggested to the head of the Continental League these ideological militarists should not be allowed to reign in perpetuity without further affirmations of their popularity beyond a single vote (we suggest elections be held no further than ten years apart).

This is the glory of the proletarian system, friends, where all workers are rewarded based on their commitment to their labor, their worth and merit.

Maybe something like this for Turkey. The sides look a bit empty, and I can't think of what to put there aside. Its a violation of rule of tincture, but it looks ok so we could let that slide. I used the Albanian eagle, because I can't think of a non-European eagle that looks anywhere near as cool.

Oh god, ew. I don't mean to be rude but that is dreadfully ugly. If you must have a coat of arms, just use the Italian tricolor like so:

Even though really you could just use the straight tricolor and maintain a fair amount of consistency. The Papal States really shouldn't exist but I suppoooose what with them gumming up the works that a Naples flag should work. But sticking the extra coat of arms and the crest on there is overkill, and unnecessary - the two-color is already Neapolitan, and the rest is just... more Neapolitan. Little representation of the rest of Italy, let alone the idea that it is, in fact, Italy, and not just Naples.

Really? Because it's the "Kingdom of Italy," formed under the auspices of Italian unification by mass consent. It isn't the product of conquest or unlawful annexation. It may be ruled by a king who happens also to be the king of Naples, but the kingdom in question is that of Italy. The total state is Italy, not Naples. I am a little disappointed that I have to explain this.
