Hey there everyone. Fairly new to the mod. Love it, but having some trouble learning the ins-and-outs of the system. Wanna play Carthage, as they and their leader are historically one of my favorites. Got a few questions though
1. Is it worth focusing on winning the Punic Wars in the early game, or should I sue for peace and focus elsewhere?
2. The UHV seems to require focusing pretty hard on either Settlers or conquering Roman cities along the Mediterranean. Any tips on that one? Where can I get the dye?
3. Stability is really hard to keep up. I usually collapse around the rise of the European civs, even if I've beaten Rome and maintained a strong economy [not hard, with lots of coastal cities, the Great Lighthouse, and cottages] Any tips?
4. Good city locations? I've noticed the Iberian peninsula is pretty nice, with a city planted on the left coast getting a ton of resources [couple horses and a cow for one, along with the seafood] and the right coast being an early source of iron, but that takes me out of my [admittedly tiny] 'safe zone' for growth. And roughly how fast should I be building/conquering cities to avoid collapse?
