A gilded cage is better than an early grave. Or the sort of health complications they can get up to. I have seen way too many cats and dogs with things I'd rather not talk about come by. Most of them lived. Too many regret it.

As I said it's fine if it's an upgrade.

Mine enjoy the outside. If the cat had health issues, or the gilded cage is an upgrade or is better than death. I'm not convinced apartment living for humans is a great idea.

On that I'd agree with you. As far as I am concerned apartment blocks are basically battery farms but for people.

Yeah if you rescue a cat in bad shape off the street, or from a kill shelter apartment is better.

Male pussycat loves humans. Tends to attract, kid, old ladies, mailman, random passing strangers.

Neighbours kids are bored, parent teacher day today schools closed Monday.

Goes to SPCA, calico or silver tabby be nice. Maybe black and white.

Comes home with a 2nd tabby with white.

Realizes last kitten he had was 1989. We keep adopting the cats no one else wants. 5 adults since 1989.
