Cats and Kittens

No, you just warmed it up for its rightful owner.

You should know how this works by now... ;)

He normally hangs around for 5-15minutes.

Super friendly not much of a long term sitter.

Two and a half hours later.

Pretty kitty.

Came across a ginger and a tabby wanting pats today on my walk.
Not patting random animals atm. Wanted to.

Yeah the old fella (Errol, 11 years old now) had two skin cancers cut out about 3 weeks ago, fur still growing back over the stitches

Great name. We find naming male kittehs harder.

Found one online named Atticus. That's a great name.

She's a beautiful cat.

My grandmother told me once that if a cat has long whiskers, it means she's a good mouser. I suppose that could be halfway true. I did have a cat with really long whiskers, but her attitude toward mice was, "I'll catch them, but you can have them after that."

Lightning once caught a mouse and carried it very gently over to her son, Tomtat. Then she let the mouse go and jumped up on a chair so she wouldn't have to be involved in what happened next.

(It turned out to be a bit drawn-out and I still feel somewhat guilty about it nearly 27 years later; that mouse did not have a quick death.)
