I bumped this thread since it dealt with German composers and I thought I had found one we had used in this SG. I have heard this piece several times on Pandora. Turns out the composer, Karl Jenkins, only has a Germanic name. He is Welsh.
But it is still a nice piece of music. I don't claim to understand the video, however.
The name of the piece is Adiemus, which I misread as Amadeus (Mozart) several times. That also led me to think of this as German.
