I'd kinda like to see a NES about running a space program, either people all working as one or, preferably, one where each player represents the space program of different (fictional, but roughly analogous) country. In this, the nation would make demands of the space program in order to maintain or increase funding and each program would be subject to political and economic developments beyond their control (ie New Brunswick can't send up their satellites this year because of oil costs rising in Ruscovy). I was tinkering with the idea over the last year, but wasn't able to figure out a rule set that would be easy for me to use.
