Is there a consensus on how many "a"s there should be in "KAAAAAAAAAAAN!"?

I'd go with as long as your breath can hold as many a's you can make.

Question: I just saw Red Alert 3 on steam and I am wondering if RA3 running via steam is effected by SecureROM's limitations on the number of install done as with the stand alone version?

After the Spore fiasco with SecureROM and other DRM programs that limits the number of installations which makes it more like renting the game than owning it. Has gotten me reluctant to even touch games that has these programs in them and unsure if Steam has an exception to these games with DRM that limits the # of installations.

Delete me, duplicate post due to forum/Internet hicup :o

I found it to be fun
I honestly can't think of a scenario where that would happen. (other than you never playing any red alert or any C&C including the first) I always had a bad opinion about C&C3 - but compared to RA3 it's a REALLY good game.

I've played all of the Red Alert games but I actually did have fun playing the Allied and Soviet campaigns, boredom only really set in around the third Japanese level

I didn't care for C&C3 but for being one of the only games with naval battles I've played since Red Alert 2, RA3 certainly gains a good score in my book

I've played them all and found them to be fun. My least favorite is RA2, and C&C2. But they were still fun and worth the money. Though nothing compares to RA1 and C&C1

What the hell?

SecuROM, the program made to protect you, at all costs. Its like the ex-girlfriend you left, but she will never stop bugging you, ever. Unless we give her a restraining order, which is usually legally bypassing it via shortcut command lines or illegally removing it.

In other words, its there to prevent users to set settings up higher than the graphics card memory will allow. Which totally sucks, considering that my graphics card is nVidia 256mb 8800 GTS, and that the high detail requires 500+ mb. And don't get me started on draw distance, on what you can see in the distance. The setting I have to use now, I can't see traffic barriers which automatically stop your car until I hit them forcibly.

So, you'll need a dual 1.5 GB memory graphics card system in order to enjoy GTA IV in all its splendor, which costs a buttload.

SecurROM has something to do with limited installs and reinstalls. Not video cards and graphic settings.

I have absolutly no idea who Bulwer-Lytton is

So I assume some or maybe many of you have bought stuff off steam? I can't seem to buy the X-Com pack at all, it doesn't work by Credit card and nor by Pay Pal. Anyone got an idea whats going on?
