Moves

Move Immo Cavalry to Zojoji and ADD this to the Cavalry Army.

Move HMS Daveshack to the Tundra West of Stuttgart for settlement.
Move HMS Chieftess to the Hill South of Cologne for settlement (explore along the route, and discussion and poll needed for settlement).

MSAV will not request any funds for this turnchat.

Political Report
MSAV is prepared to defend the nation either under Republic or Democracy.

Culture:
Continue palace pre-build in Osgiliath and continue Forbidden Palace in Yatta.

I support rushes of temples for any 'colonies' in the new world.
 
Trade:
As per the results of this poll, the DP may or may not be allowed to trade steam. Providing option 2 wins (as of this posting it has a 7 vote lead), the DP should NOT trade for Nationalism, and instead should try to get as much gold as we can from this.
The DP has the discression to trade with the four nations mentioned (China, America, Russia, Zululand) in any order he wishes, and, if the spirit moves him, he may see if we can get anything from France as well.
Like the last two chats, I will not be there. This time it's not city related, unless you consider preparing a house and a turkey a city.

Worker Actiosn

IF we become a Democracy (not just trade for it,) then the Babylonian Workers will complete their present task then travel to Fanatikku to be gifted to Babylon. Also, 4 Roman workers would be pulled from the team to conduct improvements to Zarnia pending their own repatriation.

If we stay as a Republic, then the workers will continue on their present course.
 
FAs Instructions

Pesky AI units moving into our territory
Ask them to remove there units from our land. If the option of "Leave or declare war" pops up after telling the offending civ over and over, I leave this to the DP's judgement. If they do declare war on us after refusing to move there units, then follow the procedures as listed in "If war is declared on us".

Demands
Refuse any demand from civs that pose no threat to us and/or in another contenent. If the Civ is demanding something and is bordering us and/or on the same contenent; Do not give up techs, maps, cities, and gold greater than 50g (Value of gold is yet to be decided upon the Leader and will change if he sees fit). If they declare war on us, please follow the procedure as followed in the below paragraph entitled "If war is declared on us".

If war is declared on us
If another civilization that is bordering us and/or on the same contenent declares war on us. Halt the chat imedeately. Exception to this is if we have war plans for defending ourselves against the offending nation

Got the Tech for Democracy, but have not switched yet... Also, disembarked into Russian Territory... (but they gave us 2 Luxes for Steam... :evil: )

Got Electricity as well, good for those pesky areas without Rivers... But the Zulu are approaching Bentropolis. They asked for an MPP 10 years prior, so it is unkonwn what their intensions are.

Oh, and 1 more thing... I finally downloaded mIRC! Scribe Position is now redundant at least for 1 month...
