Not to mention that many of the homosexuals working at CFA are doing so surreptitiously in fear they will be harassed or even fired. Their comments have appeared anonymously in many articles posted in this forum regarding the highly discriminatory workplace environment.

It is much like coming out of the closet in the military even though DADT has finally been abolished, only more so because there are no federal laws protecting workplace sexual discrimination in the US. They continue to be defeated by the Republicans in Congress. And the laws to protect against it don't exist in Southern states.

In all seriousness, a piece of paper isn't exactly all that effective at DOING anything. I could write as restrictive of a constitution as you'd like, and government WILL find a way to circumvent it whenever possible. The flaw isn't really with the document that is supposed to limit government power, but with the government or the people or both.

I don't know why a small-government libertarian would be against the constitution. Sure, bringing back the Articles might be better, but strict constructionism would immensely shrink our government compared to the beheamoth we now have.

Lets talk about CFAs record of discrmination against their employees. In checking it, we find that they have very little there to prove this is in any way true, far, far, FAR less on average than similiarly run corps in that business.

Quite simply, the facts dont support your premise. If CFA were as bad as you allege, their history would be rife with such lawsuits. It isnt.
