Definitely. There is a style of chocolate in Australia called Marble chocolate the has a mixture of white and milk chocolate, which a hazelnut cream in the middle. That is pure delight.

Out of the choices I prefer white chocolate. I really hate the taste of dark chocoolate.

They're made from cocoa butter, one of the byproducts of cocoa, a type of natural fat. Milk/dark chocolate also have chocolate liquids and cocoa solids as ingredients but white chocolate don't.
