Civ Elimination-Who will win?

I have a rule that I can only vote for Civs I've played, which has prevented me from voting either way for the Arabs (well, I played a game where I modified the minimum city distance to zero. Instant trade routes! But that hardly counts).

I do think they can be a quite powerful Civ. Certainly more versatile than Japan (although Japan makes war easy, war can be easy already. Plus, the Zero sucks).

Guess we can make a tier with each kind of victory with these five:

Domination Victory:Songhai and Japan
Cultural Victory:Siam and France
Diplomatic Victory:Arabia and Songhai(if you pillage the cities of your enemies)
Scientific Victory:With the Exception of Japan,everyone has some advantage here.(edit)for example,siam can have increased population if allied w/ city states,Arabia has more money,because of luxury resource copy,france can get sp that can increase money from empire faster and songhai has more money,by pillaging cities.

Double quantity luxuries is very powerful at Immortal/Deity where the AI has lots of gold.

I think the real thing is that with the sort-of exception of Japan, they're all good at just about any win since their benefits are versatile. Getting extra luxuries/food/gold/culture will help you no matter what your victory condition is and no matter how you want to get there. (I have to qualify Japan just because they're pretty good at war, which helps you with any win because it's such a strong strategy. Even though Bushido is overrated since it's often misunderstood.) Plus, almost all the bonuses from these civs kick in early, excepting a few duds like Zeros and to a lesser extent Foreign Legions.

It's definitely at the point where all the civs are great and I can't choose between them. I've had my highest scoring game with Japan. But I must say, if I chose Random Civ and they pop up I'm always a little disappointed because they lock me into a warmonger game immediately. They're fun, but don't have the versatility of anyone else on the board.

As someone said, there is a reason why there are no France games...
Plus, i can't see a scenario where it's unique features are lessened:
Arabia: you need trading partners without the ressources to get benefits of the UB, and the UA is so-so
Japan: peacefull strategy denies everything out of Japan
Siam: if most maritime or cultured CS are on another continent, the UA is useless.
Songhai: bonus comes from war activities (even if it's against the barbs), peace is bad.

I am basing my vote off my opinion when playing the computer for downvoting vs most fun for me to play for up voting.

I have the most fun with Japan with Songhai #2

REALLY hard to choose between Raki and Napy, both of whom I hate popping up to chat with me.

Raki is just a plain pain in the _____ to deal with and annoys me with that complacent face of his
Napy is so FREAKING obnoxious and rude even when he likes you.

I vote down France though because he almost ALWAYS will denounce me first no matter how peaceful I am, and it pisses me off.
