Civ5 Error (New Patch?)

I was playing a saved game of Civ5 as Bismarck, Prince Difficulty etc...

Today (15 June) the Steam installed the new patch. I both completed Manhattan and Apollo Projects. The game doesn´t allows me to build any nuclear weapons nor any spaceship parts.

Operative Sistem: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits
CPU: Pentium Dual Core

What can I do?

Verify local cache until all files are successfully validated. You also might try going back to an earlier save, but games that are in process during a patch sometimes do not survive.
