Am I only one confused at how Germany fell from 9 to 3 in three pages with only two votes against them, which themselves were partly balanced by two votes FOR them?

I dont know about germany, but i dont like china so much because they are commie in RL, and mao zedong is in the game when he shouldnt. I dont like commies. And they ruined a perfectly good roman game by sending 30+ war elephants my way when i was about to take their capital.
