Thlayli
Le Pétit Prince
Hello, and welcome.
The background for this is extremely straightforward - I am going to play a Civilization IV game like the moderator of a NES, with players broadly controlling and roleplaying the fate of their countries. I have decided on a Large Tectonics map, 60% sea, with Low Sea Level and sundry additional features.
You are welcome to roleplay your culture in any way you see fit, which includes making claims, having internal disunity, inventing pretexts for war, revolution, and changing your culture entirely. You do not micromanage the building of units, but you can set the direction and policy of your country and overall strategies for war and peace. When the religions are founded, I will expect you to create alternate religions, not use the ones from Earth.
I may *possibly* use the World Editor to create special events such as barbarian attacks, revolts, and bonus units, though I have not yet decided to what extent.
Players in bold are now the official starting roster. Non-bolded players are now officially on reserve. In the event of a non-responsive player, I will accept players off the reserve list on a first-come, first serve basis.
