I didn't actually have any vacation time, I just took some time off work for wich I have to compensate these days. Long shifts, long weeks. Sorry for the wait.

Things have been pretty quiet lately....and especially with CivStats still down it's very frustrating. Overload has been trying to get it back up and running for a few days now. Hopefully it happens soon.

Well the independant state of BCLG has taken it upon itself to declare war on the Empire of Aoogah, they have these new 'inventions' which involve putting a man on a horse and giving him a big stick with string and letting him fire shorter pointy sticks.

In a dramatic twist following the declaration of war the new units the locals have dubbed as 'archer horses' were seen to be ripping through the Aaooghan defence, consequently the empire is now formally known as Aoogah and very dead.

i keep all my alliances stored in my PM box so if we ever wrote down a formal peace treaty/alliance then it would be there. Seeing as it wasnt there i just assumed we didnt have one.

I honour whatever treaties i sign but if i havnt signed one then im curious as to how im meant to honour it.

Such as my peace treaty with ID (yes i can see you making the sarky comments )

Patty: Thanks Heinrich, there is a lot of smoke down here and the scene is very loud. We have seen intermittent volleys of arrow fire as what appear to be rebel troops are clashing with government forces.

I'm told that axemen have been summoned to the palace and that many civilians have been whipped to death in an effort to raise additional troops. Its is uncertain if the civilians were whip rushed by the govt. or rebel forces. Heinrich.

Patty: Wow! /blushes Yes, Prada, how did you know? Wait... wait... word has just reached me that 5 kittens have been saved. Apparently errant arrow fire knocked a power poll onto the cardboard box of the homeless man who was taking care of them. Of course, he's dead. BUT, I'm happy to say the kittens are fine and are being placed w/ some of the recent orphans.

All in all its to have some action. building a farm isin't all that fun.
