havent been able to do much work on bill lately, but here is the latest...i made him a little chubbier in the cheeks and nose, a little whiter and reddish cheeks...enough, not enough?...anything else anyone can think of?

That looks really great. You might make his face a little longer, but other than that it looks almost perfect.
