The Great Kingdom of England hereby sends a petition to all french provinces to join the English Crown as is the proper ending to a Hundred Years War and offers them lenience on their taxes as exchange, allowing them to operate economically as colonial companies do. Should the states not comply, the full force of the English military and navy shall convice them to do so. Meanwhile, we are wishing to pursue closer relations with the state of Britanny and, as in the past, protect their nations from all willing enemies. We are also willing to extend the aforementioned offer of protection to Scotland and the Irish states.
