Hell no! We Americans don't need damn safety restraints! But Swoggy, I would change his vest from brown to blue with stars, and red pants. Also, he needs an Uncle Sam beard, .

Plus, I don't know much about either America or flags, but I'm fairly certain that shield design needs to be rotated by 90 degrees!

Now that is cool.

If possible, it might be good to try to make his shoulder pads look a bit segmented (even if it's just a sort of decorative embossing). That might make him look a little more Roman.

I'll try and Roman-a-fy him as much as possible guys. Thanks for the tips. Sorry about the American guy, I lack the ability to make most of his clothing look like Kal-el's drawing, so I'll leave that to someone with more skill.
