Man that sounds awesome Shiro. Your a darn good animator, and i've been looking forward to implementing your animations for quite some time now..

I agree about the elephent color, I think recoloring shouldn't be too difficult.

The preview was just a practice render anyway, so redoing it is no problem.

@Quinzy: The Indian Fast Worker is probably one of the Lamest units in Civ 4. Instead of giving India a unit that has some historical signifigance or value, they just make up some stupid "Fast Worker". Bah.

The model looks great, but I think there needs to be some movement with the rest of the elephant's body, and the rider, too. Maybe just a swaying or slight movement, cause it looks too stiff right now. Also, instead of digging, maybe the elephant can build the road by using its trunk to lay bricks, or something similar to Kinboats's panda worker road animation.

I think the road building animations needs to be changed one possibility would be having the elephant roll a log like a steam roller. That shovel just doesnt do it. Also I agree with odin you need to get more movement in there you could also think about having the elephants head move slightly side to side or swaying of his ears.

Elephants really don't use spades. I agree that he should be pulling down trees and rolling logs and things like that. Otherwise, it looks really good. The trunk is very nicely animated!
