As we once won our freedom from the colonial powers of Europe, we now are close to destruction at the hands of imperial Brazil. -Formation of a Congress of South America, in which all members have a representative to determine the affairs of the continent and which supports free trade over all member bordersin order to improve member economies .
-Creation of a military alliance to do the same to prevent Brazilian expansionism which poses a risk to all of us. This will be reviewed once Brazil is no longer viewed as a threat.
-Mutual agreements of soveriegnity and shared research and military accords.

Assuredly, we do not have to agree to all the above, if items 1 or 3 bring up dispute, they could be held until a more peaceful moment.
