Well, Leoreth once mentioned wanting to make several former colonies available for decolonization; so that they became playable. So who knows, Canada might go the way of the Tibet and become playable...

J-pop is as varied as American stuff believe it or not... We'd be hours here trying to decide... So I guess we should go with something of AKB48
And for the US, how about Taylor Swift? This is supposed to be a dumb suggestion after all! (This coming from a TS' fan )
Prussia/Germany could go with 99 Luftbalons/something from Ramnstein.

I also would like to play as the Minoan Civilization. So far there's no Civ mod known to me that allows it.

But DoC & RFCA already both have very exciting realizations of the Tamils. So at least I got something already.

TAM does allow you to play as the Minoan Civ. It's not a RFC modmod however.
