Someone once made a suggestion to make Greece dynamically named "FYROM" when having her capital in Yugoslavia. That doesn't go far enough, though. The proper way to go is

* Greece starts in Skopje.
* Greek units speak Bulgarian Proper Slavic Macedonian.
* Greek dynamic names are all variants on the Macedonian theme.
* Fallmerayer is added as a Great Scientist. The "Great People Quote" mod is merged, in which he is represented by his quote about Greeks being extinct.
* Athens is renamed "Albanian City".
