Conservatives still not getting it

If that's the standard you're using, a lot of what passes for "conservatism" really isn't:lol:

Romney sounded like he was going to radically change things perhaps, but I don't actually believe he would have followed through.

It's really not. :)

As for Romney, tell me what kind of Supreme Court justice you think he would appoint? A Kennedy, a Roberts, or maybe a Scalia/Thomas type? I can't figure out whether or not he actually would have followed through, or if he would be forced to because of the Congressional Republicans.

Where's my damned populist on the ballot?

If I were President I'd appoint Napolitano or I would leave the seat open:p

Nobody asked who you would pick Dommy. You were asked who you think Romney would have picked.

I'm not as familiar with the justices as I should be. I know Roberts is the moderate, and that Roberts "Betrayed" the conservatives and upheld the individual mandate. I think Ace99 just proved Thomas is a nationalist crazy:p and Scalia I know is a social conservative and strict-ish constructionist (As far as it goes anyway.) But I honestly don't know a thing about Kennedy.

I think Romney would go moderate. He's worked with Democrats before and he'd probably do it again in the White House, election rhetoric aside.

I know, but I was thinking along the lines of the "Democratic congress won't allow it" thing. I answered a question that wasn't really asked.
