I only need a legendary galatic staff - got all the rest. ;)

Oh, and you did get the talking Longinus in your castle, right? Use armsmasters and get anyone up to spear mastery level 25 or higher. Go into the senate and back out and talk to the spear. He will join you and is always a legendary. Bottom of him will allow you to steal the ultimate spear.

My Etna got a spear skill mastery of up to 60+. :) All of my characters got their main weopan skills up to 60+. I'm moving it up to 99 now, for my shogun (first). :)

Never know that - will go for it.

FFX2 - only three characters but 20 classes is interesting. Rikku is my little Christina Hoguilera lookalike so it's all good. Paine looks like a flat chested Lulu. :D Comes out this Tuesday over here. Same day as Two Towers extended version.

What's that game that you and floppa have been banging on about and what console? I tried to look through the thread but there's pages of my Archmage this, transmigration that and templar/thief the other. ;)

Sounds like the kind of game I'd love.
 
@poly - Disgaea, Hour of Darkness for the PS2. It could be a little tough to find. Made by Atlus, and they always have small print runs. eBay is a good bet. I lucked out at my local Best Buy. (unless they produced more and got them shipped out)

@XIII - Weapon Mastery maxes at 255. I got Laharl there in Item World. I guess it adds 3% to your attack per point or something. :confused: I just started using Etna to go through Item World. I haven't got Flonne past level 54. :)
I'ma go level some weapons here soon if I can get off the computer.

@polymath - We're mostly talking about Disgaea (PS2), like floppa said, for now. ;) And a little on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA).

I think for the coming weeks, it might be FFX-2. :)
 
Have you been playing FFTA still?

Yah, FFX2 was shaky IMO earlier on but that last review you posted is looking good.
 
I'm passing, for this week - sick. But I did manage 3 or 4 hours last week. :ack:

I'll pick up on it soon - they got a new game out, Fire Emblem. Seems really good too. :thumbsup:

Judging by your love of anime, swords, sorcery, and RPGs, you'll definately love Fire Emblem :)
 
OK I shall have a look for Disgaea - something for Christmas perhaps, if I can find a copy.
 
Upped my space pirate to lvl 2000, but then lost impulse to play. Guess I'm just tired... :lol: Got the rest to lvl 1200 or so...

I did try going after Baal once, but lost...

Now looking forward to FFX-2; needed something new.
 
Housemate picked up FFX2... I'll play after him I suppose... He likes it well enough. It looks cool but it doesn't grab me like Disgaea did... Maybe once I start playing... If I play... Bah.
