What's the stats for Corsairs now? Haven't got time to load the game.
Strength 4, costs 50, +50% against privateers, +25% on coast

Yes, the only change was strength and cost to reflect their earlier availability, and strength against privateers to remain on par with them.

New commit:
- filled several gaps in stability maps resulting from additional terrain or removed peaks
- removed Italy and the Balkans from the Prussian historical area
- removed Turkey and the Levant from Iran's historical area
- Egypt's respawn now only covers the Nile area
- Arabia's and Mongolia's core revert to their original positions after respawn

Cool, Moorish UHV is now much easier to achieve(no Egyptian flip, earlier corsairs).

And would it be possible to gain a minor attitude bonus when you revive a civilization? Like “you liberated our cities”.

Yes, that's a good idea. Giving indepedence, and still being furius for declaring war on them...

I read in one commit that Turkish core expands to Balkans on Constantinopolis spawn. Well, conquering Anatolia and seeing Turkey alive controlling Athens and Belgrad doesn't seem right. Historically speaking these areas always revolted against ottoman control, even muslims revolted against the ottoman sultan! I accept them as historical for gameplay reasons, but core is far from reallity. Moreover, giving so extended core will make Ottomans stable at full extend which is wrong, ottoman empire was extremely unstable at full extend. Moreover, it will make Ottomans immortal in the game and extremely powerful even in later eras. Personally, I wouldn't change their core, even Constantinopolis should be contested.

Last, I prefer the old 3rd turkish goal. If it seems too easy make it "be stronger that the two stronger rivals together".

Yeah, now is the perfect time for that.

Here they are. Unzip it in the XML folder.
I had to edit the BuildingsInfos, UnitInfos and CivicInfos as well to make the texts work. I only changed the <Civilopedia> and <Strategy> tags.
Based on the latest revision. (756)

Do you have any idea what you intend to do once 1.12 has been released? I think you mentioned a massive unit overhaul once?

IIRC the Turkish core only extends to include Constantinople, never the Balkans (I agree, that would make absolutely no sense).

Do old attitude modifiers persist? Maybe I should address that first.

You're wrong. The core extends when Constantinople is conquered, only to include Constantinople itself and the tiles directly adjacent to it (Rumelia). The area has been consistently Turkish for centuries, so that is not a stretch by any means.

Nah, it's boring. You basically get it for free after all the conquering you had to do anyway.

How exactly does the new flip mechanic work? I've been gone for a while.

No real mechanic changes. The most important things are:
- flip zones and core can now be different (but not necessarily are for some civilizations)
- tiles in your own core are not affected by another civ's spawn (flip, desertion) unless they are also in their core
- if a new civilization spawns at war with you and you still agree to the flip, you face no unit desertions

Thanks. So say if I was playing as China, had a city in Japan, and I refuse the flip. If all of my units are in my core area, will none of them flip?

I'm curious about water tiles because they aren't labeled. But water units still flip don't they?

No but it has nothing to do with what Leoreth said.

Best example would be Egypt at Arabia spawn. Egypt is no longer in Arabia's core, but is still in the flip zone. So cities built in Egyptian core won't flip, but for example Per-Atum on the copper hill, being only historical to Egypt, still flips.
