Nah, it's easy. Mikhail isn't really in control of the Tsardom yet, so his main effective title would be the Grand Duke of Finland. Finnish separatists could easily be persuaded to fight in the name of the Russian Tsar as long as it means fighting against the Russian national government; and Finnish conservatives are probably not too fond of the spectre of progressive policies.

The Aegean Empire notes with distate the Russian government's request for diplomatic access through Bosporus from the British. The British are not and never have been the rightful owners of the Bosporus. Those straits are contained within and protected by the Lion Throne of the Aegean Empire and access can be granted only by the same. Any further attempts to compromise Aegean sovereignty will be similarly rebuffed.

OOC: I misread the update, instead we ask the Aegean Empire for passage through the straits, and ask the British fleet to kindly not shoot at the Russian vessels kthxbye.

@Thlayli: I rejected your offer of mediation because a) we do not negociate with rebels and traitors, b) acknowledging them gives them legitmacy, and c) I'm pretty confident of my had of cards so see no need to give concessions (nyah nyah nyah). Plus we did not overthrow the government - we were legal elected and the pretender now seeks to overturn us . Also we will open diplomacy with whomever we see fit...
