The Japanese nation and people wish to build closer economic ties with your nations seeing as we all have immense trade with each other and to a certain extent depend on each other for various products, so we wish to propose some sort of East Pacific Economic Committee to help further grow out trade and mutual economic benefit that is gained between our nations. This Committee could also be used to sort out any economic disputes that would occur and find a solution which may benefit all nations involved in the talks. We are greatly interested in what your ideas may be on this idea..

So a protectorate is a country that has had its independence guaranteed by a stronger second party.

As with the United Islamic Republics recent action, we do not condone your actions ( which may or maynot have contributed to world peace) but the result, which clearly showed your disrespect for the independent nations of the world. You have claimed power to defend them without their approval.

Let this lesson be heard by the world; these independent states deserve to be independent, whether defended by themselves, favored outsiders or by a united intervention. They have their own rights and desires. Please respect them.


To Interested States

Due to recent actions by Indonesia and the following diplomatic crisis, the initial conference will be set in Tokyo, Japan. Please be ready to host the convention and/or attend with envoy's and specialists. The topic will be the Nuclear-Weapons Test Ban Treaty and any terms. We will set up procedures (read social group) and let Japan open the initial guest-list.
